Let X be the down stream speed of the man and y be of water.

we know that speed =distance/time.

x+y=3/32.

x-y=3/95.

By solving above two equatioins.

x=381/6080 mile per minute =3.76 miph.

y=189/6080 miles per minute.

=189*60/6080

=1.87 mile per hour.
