cost from plan B = 10 + 0.15x
A. for cost to be same we have
20+0.05x = 10+0.15x
x = 100
for 100 mins
The cost for Plan A = $25 and cost of plan B = $25

cost from plan A for 250 min = 20 + 0.05(250) = $32.5
cost from plan B for 250 min = 10 + .15(250) = $47.5
