Problema Solution
Writing out this problem takes a lot of parentheses! You need to write it like this:
f(x) = x / ( √(x-4) )
You are correct, we need to look at the x-4 part to check for the domain. Any value of x that makes you take the square root of a negative number must be excluded from the domain. But, you also don't want a denominator equal to zero! What small change do you need to make to your inequality to make sure that you also don't get a value of x that makes you divide by zero here?

When there would have been a case of Square-root only, we would have written as
x-4≥0
But here, we also don't need the value of x-4 to be zero, we will remove the equality sign from inequality i.e. change ≥ to >.
The inequality becomes
x-4>0
