v2=1/x
(v1+v2) = 1/15
15v1 + 15v2 = 1
15v2=1-15v1 = 1-15/40 = 25/40
v2 = 25/(40*15) = 25 / 600
v2 = 5/120 = 1/24 "tracks/second"
