Problema Solution

You are trying to decide how to most efficiently use your oven. You do not want the oven to stay at the maximum cooking temperature constantly which is four hundred and twenty five degrees, , so you allow it to cool down between baking of your goods. The oven temperature will cool down at a rate of thirty one and three tenths degrees per minute.

a) Write an equation representing the operation of the oven with respect to the cooking temperature and the subsequent rate at which the oven cools down. Write the Equation so that the degrees of the oven temperature (d) could be calculated for any time (t) in minutes. Use d for the degrees and t for the time in minutes.
