Let the number of 50 peso bill be x

Number of 20 peso bill is x+5

Number of 10 peso bill is x-4

50x + 20(x+5) + 10(x-4) = 2060

50x + 20x + 100 + 10x -40 = 2060

80x = 2000

x = 25

Number of 50 peso bills = 25

Number of 20 peso bills  = 30
