the rate will be 580/20 = 29 mile per gallon
let Y be the number of miles
let X be the number of gallons
hence, Y = (29 mile per gallon)*X
=> Y = 29*X
Now, i am forward to making the table

1 29x1 = 29 miles
2 29x2 = 58 miles
3 29x3 = 87 miles
...
(and so on)
...
10 29x10 = 290 miles
