a. What is the full capacity of the pool?
b. How much water would be in the pool when it is 70% of full capacity?

According to the question:
(a) 85/100 * C = 0.4 * 25*60
=> C = 600 * 100/85 = 705.88 litres
(b) 70/100 * C = 494.18 litres at 70% capacity
