Substituting the points(x,y) in the line equation, you will see that 4. is the right option.
(2,1) => 1=3(2)-5
=>1=6-5
=>1=1
which is true..so this point is on the line
(4,7)=>
7=3(4)-5
=>7=12-5
=>7=7
True...so this oint is also on the line.
Hence option 4.
