Problema Solution

I am building an indoor basketball court room, with hoop floor surface and hoop, in a small room which is 15ft wide (insignificant) and 29 feet long. The ceiling is 15 feet 8 inches high currently from concrete slab to the ceiling framing. My question is, if a 6ft 4" person is 26 ft away from a 10ft high basketball rim and shooting a basket (which leaves his hand at a 45 degree angle, what is the maximum heght (celing to zenith) of the arc of the ball before it reaches the hoop? Hopefully it is less than 15 feet 8 inches, or we will need to physically drop the floor!

Part 2) What is the maximum ball height in flight if the ball leaves the same players hand at a 60 degree angle? Thank you very much!

Apply Formula's of the Projectile motion

Maximum Hight = (Vel^2*Sin^2Φ)/2g

So to find out the Maximum Height we have to know the Velocity by which the ball initial Velocity

Here the Value of Velocity is not given,So pput the value of Velocity to get Maximum Height
