At the first stop 5 people get on the bus. At the second stop twice as many get on the bus as get off. At the third bus stop there are only 7 more people on the bus than get on. One hour later, at the 5th bus stop you see there are only 6 people on the bus. Can you determine how may people disembarked the bus at stop #4.

There is no way of knowing how many people disembarked at the 4th stop, with the information given, without knowing how many people got on the bus at that stop. Even knowing that, you would need to know either how many people got on the third stop, or how many got off the second stop, to finish the solution.
