in 24 days = 24/x
pev in 1 days = 1/y
in 24 days = 24/y
total work = 24(1/x + 1/y)
1/x + 1/y = 1/24
24/x = 2/3 * 24/y
1/x = 2/3y
=> 5/3y = 1/24
y = 40
x = 60 days
