In isosceles triangle ABC with base BC,=18cm.If each leg is 6cm shorter than the base.Find the perimeter of triangle ABC?

BC = 18 cm
Since it is isosceles other sides will be equal and as given will be 6 cm shorter than the base
So, AC= AB = BC - 6 = 12 cm
Perimeter = Sum of all the sides
=AB +BC + AC = 12 + 12 + 18
=42 cm
Perimeter is 42 cm
