a man could finish the job in 4hours , while the son could finish it in 6 hours. if they work together . how long they could finish the job

father =1/4 part in one hour
son =1/6 part in one hour
so 1/4+1/6=7/24 in one hour
so 24/7 hours for full work i.e 3.42
