We’re a small software company based in San Antonio, TX that makes web-based math education software. We’ve been in business since 1990.

Why are you charging me?

This is a recurring charge for our step-by-step math solver (Algebrator).

Can I get an invoice for the charges?

Every time we bill you we send an invoice to the email address you provided when you signed up. If you need a copy please contact us at support@math-support.com

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel the subscription at any time. Please contact us at support@math-support.com

Can I get a refund?

YES! If you haven't used the solver during the last subscription period or it the card has been used without your permission, we will issue the refund, no questions asked! Please contact us at support@math-support.com
