I have this math assignment due and I would really be grateful if anyone can guide drawing elipse in excel on which I’m stuck and don’t know how to start from. Can you give me assistance with adding matrices, midpoint of a line and dividing fractions. I would rather get guidance from you than hire a math tutor who are very pricey. Any guidance will be highly prized very much.

What exactly don't you understand about drawing elipse in excel? I remember having problem with the same thing in Intermediate algebra, so I might be able to give you some suggestions on how to handle such problems. However if you want help with algebra on a long term basis, then you should check out Algebrator, that's what I did in my Intermediate algebra, and I have to say it's the best ! It's less costly than a tutor and you can work with it anytime you want . It's not hard to use it, even if you never ever tried a similar software . I would advise you to buy it as soon as you can and forget about getting a math tutor . You won't regret it!
