A pickup load of dirt is dumped in your driveway. The pickup bed was 4' wide, 8' long, and 2' high. If the pile of dirt is 34.0 inches high, what would be the diameter of the pile in feet.

Assuming the pile has a cone shape with 'd' the diameter of the base we have:
d^2 pi * (34/12) = 4*8*2
Since 1' = 12" follows 1" = 1/12' and 34" = 34/12'
