y/12 = 0.25
y = 12 * 0.25 = 3.
so 3 g of pure Thyme were used
We want to add 'x' amount of pure Thyme to reach a 40% mixure:
(3+x)/(12+x) = 0.40
(3+x)=4.8+0.40x
1.8 = 0.6x
x = 1.8 / 0.6 = 3.
so add 3 g of pure Thyme to reach 15g of a 40% mixure
