A 360 m wire is cut into three pieces.The second piece is two times long as the first. The third piece is three times longer than the second. How long is each piece?

let x - first piece

    y - 2nd 

    z - 3rd

x + y + z = 360

y = 2x

z = 3y

x + 2x + 6x = 360

9x = 360

x = 40

y = 80

z = 240
