t = the time of train a (in hours)
t - (37 - 25)/60 = the time of train b
since speed = distance/time follows distance = speed*time
v1*t = v2*(t - (37 - 25)/60)
100t = 110*(t - (37 - 25)/60)

t = 11/5 hr
t = 2.2 hr
t = 2 hr 0.2*60 min
t = 2 hr 12 min
2 hr 12 min after 6:25 pm is 8:37 pm
The train b will catch up with train a at 8:37 pm.
