Given the equation (x-3)^2+(y+2)^2=9

compare with

( x -x1)^2 +(y-y1)^2=r^2

centre =( 3,-2)

radius= 3

to find x intercept  put y=0 in equation

( x-3)^2=  9 - 4

(x-3)^2= 5

x=  sqrt 5+3

for y intercept  put x=0

(y+2)^2= 9 -9

y=-2
