x^2+y^2+2gx +2gy +c=0
centre = (-g,-f)= (-10 ,5)
radius =sqrt (10^2+5^2-12)
= sqrt( 100 +25 -12)= sqrt (113)
for intercepts
x^2+y^2+20x-10y-12=0
(x +10)^2 +(y -5)^2 = 113^2
x intercepts= -10
y intercepts =5
