In an hour robbers travell 13 mil an within same hr( ie 40 mins) marshal travel 10mile.
Now, marshal have to travel 3 mil to get him, so marshal can travell 3 mil in 12 minute ...total time taken = 40+12 min ie.0.87 hrs
