Hi All, I am in need of assistance on radicals, sum of cubes, proportions and distance of points. Since I am a newbie to Pre Algebra, I really want to learn the fundamentals of Intermediate algebra fully . Can anyone suggest the best resource with which I can begin learning the basics? I have a midterm next week.

How about some more information about your trouble with lesson plan for sum and difference of rational algebraic expressions? I might be able to help you with . If you are not able to get a good tutor or some one to sit and sort out your trouble or if it is not affordable, then there might be another easy way out . There are some good algebra software that you can try . I tested them out myself. It came across to me as superb as any tutor can be. I would choose Algebrator for the kind of elucidation that you are seeking . What is attractive about it is that it assists you step by step to the solutions rather than just providing the answer. Why not try it out?

1.Hey mate, you are on the mark about Algebrator! It is absolutely fab! I downloaded it recently from https://softmath.com/faqs-regarding-algebra.html after a magazine recommended it to me. Now, all I do is type in the problem from my text book and click on Solve. Bingo! I get a step-by-step solution to my algebra assignment. It’s almost like a tutor is explaining it to you. I have been using it for two weeks and so far, haven’t come across any problem that Algebrator can’t solve. I have learnt so much from it!

You have got to be kidding ! How can this software not be general information or advertised here ? How and where can I acquire more data for trying Algebrator? Pardon one for being a tad bit doubtful, but do you think if anyone can acquire a test version to use this program ?

I remember having difficulties with adding fractions, angle complements and perfect square trinomial. Algebrator is a truly great piece of math software. I have used it through several math classes - Remedial Algebra, Algebra 1 and Algebra 2. I would simply type in the problem and by clicking on Solve, step by step solution would appear. The program is highly recommended.
