Steps for Factoring with Grouping 1. Check polynomial for GCF & factor out. 2. Split polynomial into two pairs . 3. Factor out GCF from each pair. 4. Look for common binomial . 5. Re-write with common binomial times other factors in a binomial. 6. Check using FOIL. |
